219.6....Back into the teens, but only because I've been sick the past couple of days...woke up yesterday made shrimp fajitas...they tasted fine, went on a 5 mile jog, ate two boiled eggs...felt fine. By 6pm I was throwing up...the same thing happened the night before. It isn't the food?? I must have a bug, but it only comes out at night? Going to go light on the food today...maybe a protein shake and some boiled eggs. I feel fine this morning. Hope this ends before this weekend.

Protein is rough to digest, especially if your gastro track is compromised. Eat light today, I know you're staying away from carbs but maybe a couple crackers before bed could help. Hope you feel better soon!

Ya, if you're having stomach issues those foods seem pretty bold. What about soups? I'm on a chicken soup kick lately because I'm getting a cold. That way you can stay low carb but give your tummy a bit of a rest.

Thanks guys...my pops made me some deviled egg (which I ate on some romaine lettuce) and I had some trader joe's chicken broth. I feel icky overall , but my stomach isn't acting up...going to stay away from the spicy food for a couple of days. On a positive note this Trader Joe's Chicken Broth is AWESOME, best that I have EVER tasted. I hope y'all are having a good Tues :)

Over all feeling of icky, hmm, sounds like you are coming down with something. I concur with everyone else, go light with the food. The more bland the better. The broth, a few crackers. some boiled eggs. Hope you are feeling better soon!!
