Happy Halloween Everyone!!!
222.8 back down to my weight from last week :) Makes me happy, guess the exercising is helping a bit and my body seems to be getting used to eating more. Perhaps I can drop another couple of pounds over the next two weeks.
On Sat I've got my first social event since I started that horrible diet...I'm excited but scared...it will be the first time that I'm going to have an alcoholic drink in over a month...I'm so worried I will gain...I plan on working out earlier in the day and watching what I eat, but you know...
On another note...I hate calorie counting..I don't weigh my food I eyeball it. I've got a good idea of what 4 oz of meat looks like and how much a cup of veggies is. I know it is easy to over estimate, but if I eat an extra oz...so what. I'm eating healthier, I'm eating what I"m supposed to. I'm only going to be entering my food intake for another week or two tops...this is just to give me an idea of what a normal day of eating looks like for me calorie wise...I really want to stay in the 1300-1400 calorie range for a a couple of months. But if you look at my diet journal it is unorganized...I just kind of input food wherever...and I usually over estimate (I would rather think I had a little bit more than didn't and it probably equals out at the end of the day)
As for exercise I do the exact opposite...I underestimate...I'm not sure how accurate these numbers are....if I bike for 1 hour...I put 40 or 45 mins. Same with jogging..I usually put less time or slower pace. Though I'm sure I've probably burned more calories. I like to play it safe :)
