Amiiliya : pasti. Cuma defisit kalori syg, aku makan gak lebih dr 1000/1200 kalori. Dan seminggu 3/4 kali olahraga. Apapun, bisa jalan 45 menit, cardio 35 menit. Dan banyak minum air putih
