224.8 lbs...only a .2 lb loss, but I like that the number is now 224 :)...hehe. I Changed my goals yesterday..they were stressing me out because I knew I couldn't meet them...I just can't make my body lose weight faster than it can. So goal 1 was changed to 225 lbs and I met that yesterday. I have two more days til my final HCG weigh in and if I lose a pound or two more great, if not...oh well I'll lose it in the future. I've given myself until Christmas to get down to 215 lbs...that is two months and I should have no problems doing that :)
Best news of all....only 4 more days of this horrible diet!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah...I"m proud of everyone who has been keeping it real at the gym...I will be joining you guys next week...just cardio to start, but I think I'll get back into crossfit or lifting in the next few weeks...can't wait!!!

That's awesome!! You have caught up to me lol. Can't wait for you to get some real food, some real exercise and live a little! I started off with just cardio too, you'll have kicked it up in no time.
