Detox Day...woohoo!! So I've been bummed and low on energy the last couple of days. The scale isn't moving and I'm tired of eating the same meal over and over again in very limited amounts. I'm actually not used to eating this much meat...I'm a veggie lover and usually have one meal a day devoted to just veggies. But the way this diet is I have to do protein twice a day...makes sense with the low amount of calories. I've been feeling kind of "heavy" the last two days so I"m doing a detox today...no food just water and tea. I will add apple cider vinegar and lemon to help with the detox. I know a lot of people get all worried about no food, but I've done this several times when I haven't been dieting just to clear my system and I will admit it often leads to a weight loss. Anyway I think it will be good for me physically and mentally. I've got to get back to feeling better.
