229.2...seems like groundhog day on the scale for me. 3 days in a row same weight. I wouldn't take it so hard, but when you only eat 500 calories or less a day you expect to lose weight! Only a 3 lb loss this week...not much at all. I'm not going to make my goal of 219 by Oct 24...just not going to happen...at this rate I'll be lucky to lose 5 more pounds. This diet has been a big disappointment to me...it has been extremely hard and so far I haven't lost much more in a month than I could've exercising and eating right. Only 1 week left of the crazy part then back to eating healthy and exercising :)
