So today is my day 1 again. I am glad that the number went down and not up however I lost focus. I feel somewhat disappointed because I know I could be further along. I should learn that this is a journey and there will be ups and downs but that we should not beat myself up but celebrate the small victories. The only thing that matters is that I don’t give up and try harder tomorrow
