I must have done something right yesterday as the scale is showing a loss. I know I started out with fasting then had fat til dinner. I cooked mushrooms and bell peppers and ate hummus and bell pepper while the mushrooms wete cooking. Then I was full and didn't eat the mushrooms but ended up eating a chocolate muffin later. So coffee this a.m. and the mushrooms and steak later with some salad perhaps. I did do so work in my storage rooms so wasn't sitting all day like usual. My left knee hurts a tad today. My doctor prefers non-weight bearing exercise. I look forward to the gym opening dostocan resume stationary biking. Maybe I could get a regular 10 speed or a three wheeler 10 speed so I could bike outside. I,m scared of falling on a regular 10 speed because of a back injury which also limits walking.
