I've been stuck at 308 for the past week or so. I don't care, i'm going to keep plugging away.



-Total pounds lost??

-Which workout plan are you doing?? A, B or C??

I am doing dvd2 every day, adding dvd1 when the wife wants to work out with me because she's not up to the second dvd yet.


-You are at the halfway mark of your first 90 days - what is your overall well being?? Better, worse or about the same??


I feel better about myself and I can tell the difference in the way my clothes fit, the way I carry myself, and the way others view me. I've gotten many compliments.

-Do you think you will need supplements to help or is the diet alone working??

I'm going to avoid supplements if at all possible.


-Did you like the new FREE food of spinach??

Ah loves me some SPINACH!@@!
