Last night a had a taco salad made with crunchy tacos from TBell. Not so great with the points, but it's not what I would have normally had. Today for breakfast I had 1/2 a banana before I left for work and then an apple when I got to work. Filling, but only 2 points. I'm trying to decide if I am going to go to lunch today. I think I might. But I already know what I'm getting at each of the 3 regular restaurants. Kriegers- chicken wrap with no cheese or mayo and a side of broccoli. Chili's-cup of broccoli cheddar soup & a side of broccoli. Uno's-a house salad with chicken and kraft light ranch. All are under 10 points.

thats a great plan, and don't skip your lunch. you have good choices! drink your water to flush out the tb sodium, and you are going to do great!!
