Okay. My plan so far is working. Im eating an omelette with a vege and cheese for breakfast, a huge meat salad for lunch, and for dinner anything healthy I want within reason and only within an hour. It mimics the carb addicts diet, and I can still get a tiny bit of junkfood in as a dessert. Day 2, so good. The only reason I can do this is because Im no longer sick.
