YYYAAAAYYY!!! The slow and steady weight loss makes me happy because it means I am doing this right and the weight is gunna STAY OFF!!! I give the glory to God because I could not even begin to tackle my food obsession with out his unending Grace!! Thanks God - you are so good to me! :-)

100.4 kg Lost so far: 19.7 kg. Still to go: 10.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
