Well everything went really good with my dr. appt. today. All test came out quite good. He was very happy. Just a few adjustments. I made a breakfast to eat on the way and a lunch. I brought alot of water and stopped for one coffee. I also managed to go to bed last night before I ate something I would regret! Can't wait to get back to the usual routine starting with the gym in the morning tomorrow.So far so good!
