Hi ursulacelliers01, it's been a very slow journey for me. I recently tried losing weight again, from around April when lockdown started. I haven't done anything fancy, just watched what I ate. It hasn't been easy, there have been days when I eat a lot of junk, biscuits are my weakness in winter. I've just continued and tried to eat a certain number of calories. I try not to go below 1200 (it's usually between 1200 and 1400 but sometimes more if I work out a lot, I use an online calorie calculator to find the values). I drink a lot of water and try very hard to eat foods that don't have empty calories. In the past week I've added exercise so those are just YouTube workouts that I do, either strength or cardio for about 3 - 4 times a week for about an hour. These are all what work for me so you need to find what works for you because it's probably going to be different.
