I feel all weight loss is journalizing plus really thinking all the time about your emotions when you eat. Food always initially seems like a great idea and after you get it what is the big deal? Went for an ice cream cone yesterday and had 2 licks on the cone and I was done and threw the rest away. I have to really look to eat less and less all the time and not allow food to be my comforter when I am tired or stressed. Amen
