Woke at 228.8, down 2.9 from yesterday. Looks like thunderstorms this afternoon and I do have one meeting I need to attend at 2 pm. So I will do a quick couple of cups of iced coffee and then head outside to finish my yard work early today. UPDATE: Got my outside yard and pool work pretty much done. Did my meeting. Jumped in the pool for a while. And then came in at 5 pm to beat the storms. Got to 224.4 today with the exertion. Dinner will be salmon on the grill if we can get enough of a window in between the thunderstorms.
