I don't wanna! Still not back on track...so easy to fall out of healthy habits - why is that? If you think about it, eating fruit, veggies(whatever your healthy choices are) etc. is yummier(and leaves you feeling WAY better) than bagel bites/fatty dips, yet still the temptation prevails. Hmmmm...why, oh why? Something for your morning meditation - yup;)
