I have my last 8 to lose n my weightloss has become stagnant a bit. 27.8kgs far so I know that feeling of that last bit being stuck. U r look fabulous though... Very close to the finish line 👌

Thanks for all the support guys much appreciated @Clinton Barends: No secrets just some good ol fashion lifting and a calorie deficit....one tip for sustaining the deficit that I can share is this... (1 tsp honey, 1tsp black seed oil, 1 tsp lemon juice, mix in boiling water and sip first thing in the morning)

@Alicia,@Vaughan,@Izzie : Thanks for the support guys.. @goodwinbooysen: lifting and a calorie deficit was key, no cardio though, couldn't recover But bear in mind that I have been training since the age of 13 and the Weight/fat loss is just revealing what was underneath A while back I developed a booklet to help a few ppl out with the basics of training and nutrition, if you interested drop me a mail on govender.rishaan@gmail.com but please note that it was tailored for a lady and I haven't updated it since, however the concepts still apply to all
