用豆漿機整嘅紅棗紅豆豆漿
減肥都要保持面色紅潤
紅棗補血 紅豆去濕
黃豆護膚養顏
如果接受到有少少豆渣嘅口感
呢杯豆漿就有幾高嘅饍食纖維
同埋植物性蛋白質👍🏻
本來豆漿同雜糧饅頭係我嘅早餐
但處理黃豆太浪費時間
搞到變佐午餐🙄
