I ate more calories today than I intended ..... came in at 1354. Had a quick bike ride down the canal and burned off around 300 calories ..... was muddy and very puddley but great and needed! 🚴🏻♀️🚴🏻♀️🚴🏻♀️🚴🏻♀️
