I'm finding eating just fruit for breakfast to be very filling. I always thought I needed something like toast, potatoes, cereal, or oatmeal. I've been filling up on pears, apples, bananas, papayas, etc. What I love the most, is that I don't feel a need to measure - I just eat as much as I need and it gets me through the morning.
