다이드+당요때문애 요즘 3~4기를먹고잇음니다
식사시간 1000시 (건과류)/ 1200~1230 (밥)/ 1600~1630 간식/ 1900~2000 (밥) / 0000 lime (당보충 위햇어 fasting 과정애 lime 을 먹슴니다 ) 병소애두 식사후 과일대신 lime 반개먹고
