@madev671 aku Olga WO ka liat dr YouTube dan paling 15 mnt per hari, karna badan masi berat bgt jadi ga mau maksain...pernah maksain sampe 30 mnt alhasil selama seminggu badan kaki pada sakit dan bikin mls Olga lg
