this was a really tough weekend. Alot of my anxiety issues came barrelling through the wall i've been trying to hold them behind. I wasnt really able to keep track of my eating, but i know i didnt eat much, i havent been hungry. I'm home today with a sick kiddo. I somehow earned myself a 4 day weekend of taking care of sick ppl. Makes me a little depressed.
I'm back to logging food today and as planned, i am going to up my calories to around 1400-1500, see how that goes.
