children are so hard when they aren't feeling well, you just don't know what is wrong with them. looks like you had a good day with your food and exercise. I'm stalled right now, haven't moved a single pound in 7 days..but have been staying below 20 carbs and around 1500 calories..hopefully the scales will move soon.
