YAY! I sneaked a peek at the scales and I've lost another 3 lbs. I don't officially weigh in until Sunday, but I was anxious for a glimpse of my future. =)
Well today, I cleaned most of the day...and bought 4 tae bo tapes. I remember doing them in school and had a blast.
I'm just sick of walking...it just isn't for me.
Money's too short to go to the gym, so I'm going to be doing some intensive home training with my Wii Fit and my TaeBo tapes at night.
Hopefully it will improve my sleep and energy...and of course burn some calories and get this weight off.
