OK, this is messed up. All I have been doing for 3 days is cooking and eating. It's been one food party after another, and I've been pigging out. But I just recorded my lowest weight yet. How does that work? I've been eating so much, I lost track of the calories.
Granted, it's all been really good food. In the past few days, I have made a quadruple batch of vegan brown rice pudding, a quadruple batch of peppermint brownies (I think I ate 12 of them!), a double batch of quinoa tabouli, a triple batch of baba ghanouj, and baked three loaves of bread (two fennel-ricotta and one spinach-feta). All for different parties (National Night Out, two office parties), and I ate the delicious stuff that other people cooked too.
