I got a little too happy about the challenge that I made, Let's Take A Walk.
I can't walk the full 60 minutes without being miserable...
when this challenge is over, I'm going to change it to 30 minutes and try to work my way up instead of getting discouraged.
I did buy a Wii Fit and am waiting to get that in the mail. I really look forward to that! I think it'll be a FUN workout!
I really want to do most of my workout on that, then a 30-45 min. walk at night with all 3 of my doggies...that's definitely a workout, physically and mentally...
Still no work today; guess the economy is affecting my life too. I honestly didn't think that would happen, but whatever...
I did go to the grocery store today and bought a whole bunch of good for me veggies and meats and some more low carb ice cream bars. They really work when I'm having a craving...and they're only 3 NC!!!
