Aw, weekends can be the hardest to get through can't they. Maybe you could try to focus on the fact that you are 1lb down... so if you get an attack of the munchies, you could remind yourself "Do I want to jeopardise that?" Perhaps try have something on hand though for an emergency, just in case you really do need something. Come on though... you CAN do this, so you keep up the great work and hope you have a fantastic weekend. ;o)
