ayamnya dipanggang, sebelumnya aku marinasi dulu sekitar 4 jam.. bumbunya pake kecap asin (4sdm), kecap manis (2sdm), saus tiram (1 sdm), madu (1 sdm), jahe parut (sekitar 1/2 ruas kelingking), bawang putih cincang (2 siung), merica (1sdt), gula pasir (1 sdt) dan air sedikit
