Ok it was a rough week at times, but I tried hard to keep it together and it worked! :-) I still need to step up the exercise a bit. I'm hoping I'll be better this week!
66.9 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
