Help my mom is overweight (not obese yet but quite concerning, 164cm/70kg). Since she doesn't work, her activity level is considered sedentary. I want to get her moving and do some really light workout but she doesn't seem to have the willingness. Any idea how to motivate her?

Hi Dinda, if you have time ask her to do morning walk with you.. or you can get her a smart watch. By this you can show her that even moving around the house, do chores or dance is good for her health.
