guys ini efek dr stayathome ya...mamak masih asi , 8 bulan olahraga dan hasilnya emang perut berkurang banyak. diet enggak tapi aku maem yg berprotein tinggi nasi aku ganti sama oat, ubi, kentang, labu. kurangi gula dan garam...lebih berbentuk kan ??
