@Aizzah nur bener bgt klo snack nya cake udah 250 an kalori tinggal maem malemnya tumis tahu sama jamur ( ga pk nasi ) aja udah kenyang buanget kaya protein. Yg penting dietnya senang ga stress...makanan jg ga kebuang hehehe
