kalo bikin overnight oat gini terus inputnya di fs apa kak? karn setahuku nutrisinya berubah dr oat yg langsung makan. hampir 2 x lipat lebih banyak kan?

@Earknee. Maksudku oatmeal diseduh air panas aja langsung makan sama dibikin overnight kan jd beda besaran kalorinya kak. Tnp ditambah apa apa pun berubah.
Nah itu di fs belum ada & aku gk ngerti besaran kalori pastinya berapa, makanya aku nanya

@rianaasti37 kak baca di mana kalo overnight oat kalorinya bisa berubah walaupun ga di tambah apa-apa? ini maksudnya cuma "direndam" semalaman pake air aja ya? aku baru tau ini

Coba googling kak. Aku sendiri blm paham. Tp scr keseluruhan, nutrisi overnight emang lebih bagus dr pada olahan oat diseduh air panas

Gak usah pusingin sis paling beda kalori sedikit , lagian diseduh terus dikasih susu jg sama kan kayak kita rendem susu semaleman di oat
