The "recovering skeleton" will do just fine! It has got to be frustrating when you have worked so darn hard to get where you are, and it feels like the size is diminishing. But, I'm guessing you haven't lost a lot... And you will be back to popping like Popeye in no time after the gyms reopen! 😁

Try free weights at home. Less expensive than the gym, more convenient, less annoying than the gym and less germs. You can do it everyday with no obsticles, just like brushing your teeth or taking a shower.

Riddle me this, Chris: What would mama and the other female supporters think if they knew what kind of 'support you offer to all for the good of the whole" or "personally investing yourself into them" really means, dude...or is genuine, heartfelt, platonic, safe love only available on a PM and not a public forum? Thought: Maybe some of the them take you up on your offers and benefit more than the others.

I have all the dumbbells I need at home but still feel like I lift heavier at the gym. Just doing what I can a few days a week and hoping it keeps things from falling off too much. Worst case scenario- we lose a little muscle- but then muscle memory and renewed motivation will have us looking better in no time. No big deal. Besides- I'm sure you still look good.

👋🏽 Really wasn't expecting a series of posts from you in response to my comment on your journal. Since you have put quite the effort into assembling your words, most of which I truly have no clue about, I have decided that they may warrant some thought and/or response if/when I have the time. Everything you're saying is my point of view too, Chris. Screenshots and messages and blackmail mean nothing. Nobody cares. It isn't that fatsecret is divided and you "either see it or you don't "... No one wants to see it. It may be new messages for acomandr but we've all read it before and we didn't care to read it then either. It's not about taking sides. I support and follow who I want to on any given day trying to never follow anyone who is too supportive because once that person supports someone, it's in my feed. 😉 if it's featured, I'll see it then. To spend all your time going around when you first started fs and trying to police everyone into never writing on others journals... to what you do now is comical- but in a sad way. Never has there been a more fitting profile pic for you and you chose it yourself.
