your honesty to yourself shows you still want it ♥️ it's ok to struggle and have a hard time. especially now in the age of C19 where nothing really makes sense right now. just try remember why YOU want to achieve your goals. not what you want to prove to someone, or what you think society expects of you... trea yourself to the kindness you offer others ♥️🌼

Thanks guys its just hard during the day I'm fine but from 5 o'clock its seems I stuff my face with everything it's the same cycle and I'm sick of it

omw! Im in actually the same boat!!! back to old habits. and whats worse is that my bday is in a few day. after that ima try hard fasting and doing omad!! coz it worked befor so im sure it will work again. in the beginning of the lockdown it was easy... but as time moves along , and most carbs around the house makes it very difficult. 🤦♀️
