Day 3- 70hrs(almost complete). Was really tough, Stressful, I almost ate my feelings but I asked myself “If I break my fast and stuff myself will it make my problems go away?” No, so its not worth and this is one of the habits I am trying to break “emotional eating”. I pray day 4 will be better.
