It was very nice but again too many calories for me . I didn't really like seafood that I have to wrestle with :)

very nice but over my daily calories again. going to be a bad diet week coming up

And for me. Think its this feeling of being in holiday mode. Im dreading mondays weigh-in.

We all have bad days.... This week my average is up by 300 calories a day. Dont let it bother you I'm sure its part of the monthly cycles we go through, so blame the moon.
