Weighed myself on the scales at home and looks like I’ve maintained my weight since last weigh in, I don’t normally use these scales as I’m not sure of their accuracy but as the gyms not an option I wanted to see how I was doing. Happy it’s not a gain, and want to continue working towards some losses
109.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you, if these scales are wrong there’s the possibility of a small gain, but it’s been over a month since my last weigh in, so hopefully they’ll be a drop soon
