Happy with this weeks weigh in, just the smallest of losses. I have managed to increase my daily average steps to 14466, food calories up slightly from last week at 2572 kcal/day. With all the dry weather we are having my activity level would be higher were it not for these difficult times. Take care and stay happy FS.

To quote a wise man “ a loss is a loss, take it and be pleased” its going to be hard enough to maintain in current times so be happy Peter. I stay in the middle off the countryside in a little Scottish village called East linton. Plenty off space with no one around even in “normal” times. I’m off to take Larry a walk along the Tyne. The river runs at alongside the rear off my house. There is a beautiful waterfall called Linton Falls around a mile away so that’s where we’ll go. “ sounds lovely but I can hear the waterfall from my bedroom at night and end up getting up for a pee every hour 😂 auld age disnae come itself! “ Have a great day Peter, stay safe sir.
