3.1 miles walked this AM, first .8 with dogs. The heat is still here...83 when I went out with the dogs, and 87 by the time I returned from my own walk. I'll add broth to the menu again.
Yesterday I actually told my DH how much I weighed. Maybe some of your spouses already know your weight but mine didn't - at least not for sure. I know he knew about what I weighed many years ago and when we got married. I'm sure he's noticed the weight gain, but has never said anything about it. But how much he thought I gained? Well, he's never said and I'm certainly not asking!
My weight is still pretty embarassing for me, but I had warned him several weeks ago that I was going to tell him at some point. I kiddingly gave him the correct spousal response to use whenever I would decide to tell him...."Really? I never would have thought that was your weight, you look a lot lighter." LOL!! Well, it went fine and he did remember a version of the correct response, so that was good. His weight is now in the 220's and he'd like to get to 200, so I felt I wanted to wait to tell him my weight until I was out of his own range. That may seem silly, but it somehow doesn't seem like I'm that big, that way. Anyway, I no longer have to adjust the FS window on the computer when he comes in the room so he doesn't see my weight and I can actually say my weight rather than saying I dropped x number of pounds.
It is what it is.
