I think I'm gonna go weigh in this afternoon. I'm suppose to go 3 times a week, but since I ate so bad this weekend, I skipped both Monday and Tuesday. Monday night I went to a spa party and there were so many goodies there to eat. Fried mozzarella sticks, baked cheese bites, little weenies, cheese cake, chips, m&ms, chocolate covered peanuts. And yes, I ate most of the above. I seem to always do this when I am doing so well. I recently hit my lowest weight, but what did i do?, of course, ate bad and it went up. I don't know what it is today, but I guess I'll find out this afternoon. I'm just gonna suck it up and move on, because I really enjoyed my food choices lately, or at least my taste buds enjoyed them.
