3.1 miles walked. Still haven't decided whether or not to push to see if I can get back on track this week for the Christmas Challenge (need to drop 3 lbs. this week!!!), but at least walking this much keeps my options open. Unless I do some Biggest Loser type stuff, I just don't know if it's feasible for me to drop 3 lbs. in a week.

I came back a bit light-headed, so I think I'll work in some broth today. I'm wondering if my crappy feeling a few days ago and some resurgent tiredness is due to needing a bit more salt. It's been back to "hot and humid" again, temps above seasonal norms, so maybe the salt is what I need.

Hope everyone has a good week and good Monday weigh-ins! I stayed the same since dropping on Friday, I think, and that's good enough for me.
