Weigh-in was just ok. Lost .8 but I was up having no butter popcorn at 9pm last night. I need to get a grip on the stress and everything else will fall into place. Got through my whole cardio workout last night...that was big for me as I have been struggling with it. Hopefully I'll be in full swing by next week.

This week I'm going to try to get away from some of the frozen diet dinners and eat more veggies and poultry. With the regular exercise and more veggies, I hope to get my weekly weight loss to 1.5 to 2 lbs per week. Time will tell.

At least you went down and not up. Right? When I have to work, if I'm taking frozen dinners for lunch I buy the Lean Cuisines or Smart Ones. I also take a fruit to eat for snack. I used to love eating movie lovers butter popcorn late at night. But I cut that out. Dieting is so hard. But keep it up!
