I am still trying no dairy, no wheat. I went grocery shopping this evening, and tried to find wheat free bread - i'll go to the health food store tomorrow for it. the cheese looked good, but i passed - yea!

I see that you are another daily psyllium user. I think that stuff is great for you and helps with weight loss. Have you tried acacia fiber or glucomannan? Glucomannan is made from konjac root and is used a lot by the Japanese. It is the basis of shirataki noodles, which are used in sukiyaki--they have no calories and are loaded with fiber.

I added the psyllium as a 7 day program with supportive herbs...but I may continue, as I feel more energized, and sleep better. I have had the shiritaki noodles, but not heard of the other stuff. I'll look into it, love new info, thanks:)
