@algebragamatika awal diet dri November 2019 kak. Kalori perhari rata2 1145an kak, kadang jg ada hari dmna sy cheating😅. Olganya untuk sekarang biasanya klo sore jogging atau malam nya hiit cardio kak

@alfinchandra latihan olahraga kardio kak bsa membakar lemak d tubuh dgn latihan 20-30 menit. Klo sy sering ngikutin channel olahraga "Eh Olahraga Yuk"
