Don't ever go on a ketogenic diet. You will likely eventually gain weight. Also, my worse temptation is at night at home. So always have a clear meal plan for dinner. Exercising is also a hard thing to keep up. Just make it a routine thing.
77.0 kg Lost so far: 15.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

Great post! I have my routine down now! It was hard at first, but I just had to force myself, then it became habit! Every morning (except rest days :( ) I have really got to work on that! I need muscle recovery! How late at night do you get tempted? I still have one light snack at night, popcorn or fruit.
