I've already begun adjusting my habits on day 2...thanks to the diet/exerise calendar - It's great for breaking through my denial of the activity/food levels in my life. Yea! I'm going on the Billy Bob Thornton Diet:)~ Saw him interviewed last night, he looked great: 'what people don't understand about food is if you just cut out wheat & dairy, the pounds will drop off almost instantly...' Not new news, but someplace to start. He looked healthy & happy - besides, it's an awesome title for a diet!
