Good workout with weights today. At the beginning of my workout every machine I wanted to use was already being used, or just as I would head to an open machine someone else would get it first. Usually I start with upper body and then do lower body, so today I changed the workout to do lower body first, and then upper body. That made the upper body workout REALLY tough, and probably allowed me to work harder on the lower body. Everyone says to change the routine regularly, but I haven't paid much attention. I guess it's true!
